Xylo Core is designed to boost the capacity of local planning authority development management departments with the aim to speed up end-to-end application determination times by 30% and increase decision accuracy. AI-assisted error checks and suggestions are designed to reduce the number of complaints and appeals the council receives. Additionally, enabling officers to work from one primary workspace as opposed to 10+ tabs covering different documents, maps and related planning information will improve the user experience and productivity of planning officers by reducing the amount of context switching they currently experience.
